Light Way (Pty) Ltd t/a Light Way Fuels respects your privacy. When you register or request a quotation we collect information such as your name, company, email, telephone, fuel requirements and order details. We use it to respond to your enquiry, administer supply orders and maintain business records.

Passwords are stored using a secure one-way password hash. Customer login information is not displayed to staff. Order and payment records may be retained for legitimate accounting, regulatory and dispute-resolution purposes after account closure. Marketing emails are sent only with your opt-in, subject to marketing controls and applicable law.

We do not sell customer contact information. Hosting and email service providers may process data to operate the website. You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing sales@lightwayfuels.co.za. Certain transaction records must remain for legal and bookkeeping obligations. This notice may be updated when our services change.

Business onboarding: Company details and documents are stored for application review, accessible only to the authenticated account holder and authorised administrators. Contract versions, signature consent, decisions and order history are retained with the account file. Contact us to correct information or discuss retention.
