Terms of Supply

Business enquiries and pre-orders: Submitting a request does not guarantee stock, a particular collection date or a contract. Product grades, quantity, taxes, price, delivery/collection arrangements and any minimum volumes must be confirmed in a written quotation or supply agreement.

Cash on Collection (COC): Our standard process is to confirm availability and terminal collection details, then arrange payment to Light Way Fuels under the agreed quotation, followed by authorised supplier payment and release. Never pay before we confirm stock, account instructions and collection arrangements in writing.

Prices: Prices on the website are indicative and may change. Delivery requires a confirmed route and transport total, followed by full upfront payment before dispatch. Payment on arrival or after offloading is not offered. Online delivery figures are estimates until confirmed. Bulk fuel orders above 30,000 litres receive the first 150 km of the one-way depot-to-destination route free; additional distance uses the admin-configured rate. International transport is quoted separately. Ownership, acceptance, safety, cancellations, refunds and disputes are governed by the specific quotation/agreement and applicable South African law.
