Cash on Collection (COC) means you collect from the agreed loading point after your upfront payment has cleared. It does not mean paying the driver or paying after collection.
Confirm stock & loading details
We verify availability with the supplier and confirm the current price, VAT treatment, terminal or depot, collection slot and tanker requirements. Receive a formal quotation or pro forma invoice. Verify stock and the authorised loading details before paying.
Pay Light Way Fuels upfront
Accept the confirmed quotation and pay Light Way Fuels using the verified payment instructions. Use your order reference. We verify cleared funds; a payment screenshot alone does not authorise loading.
Receive loading authorisation
We settle the supplier and arrange the authorised collection. Submit the driver, vehicle and tanker details requested by the depot. Wait for our written release and confirmed loading slot before sending your tanker.
Collect & keep your documents
Your approved tanker collects the agreed product at the confirmed terminal or depot. Keep the invoice, loading ticket and collection documents. Contact our team immediately if the product, quantity or loading details differ.
NEED IT DELIVERED?
Prepaid delivery.
Arranged with care.
Send the delivery address and offloading requirements. We confirm stock, the delivery route, tanker availability and the transport charge in writing. You pay the product and agreed transport charge upfront. Once cleared funds are verified, we arrange dispatch and delivery.
We do not offer payment on arrival, credit delivery or payment after offloading. Delivery is an upfront-paid service, even when a customer refers to it as “COD”.
